In Dubai Giordano has partnered with the toodle team to complement existing distribution channels with the revolutionary toodle m-commerce solution.
In the first instance toodle customers can shop in the Giordano in-app store and have product conveniently delivered at their home*. At a later stage customers can look forward to shopping with the toodle app in-store at existing Giordano stores and shopping malls across the country.

Refunds and Exchanges
Giordano is committed to provide quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please exchange/refund it at any Giordano stores in your country.
Terms & Conditions
All items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.
1. Giordano will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear, socks, innerwear), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)
2. Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.
3. If the stocks are not available due to some technical glitch in online and only few items available online so out of stock items would be cancelled and moneny will be refunded.
4. Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns without an invoice will be denied.
5. Regarding exchanges (International), you will need to bear the one-way courier fee sending the item(s) to our office. Goods returned to you will be sent using our complimentary courier service.
6. If the product is not available, then a full refund will be made to the customer. The applicable amount will be credited back to the card account within 14 working days.
7. Merchandise can exchange with in same styles without paying but if the items are different than what you have purchase then must pay the balance amount of the product.
8. No refund on Sale items but can be exchanged in the stores.
9. Any Exchange & Refund can be done through only stores in the UAE.
10. Any Giordano Retail store in United Arab Emirates will gladly assist you in returning or exchanging unused Merchandise within 30 days of purchase at the original selling price provided merchandise is returned with a Receipt and Merchandise Tag; Merchandise exchanged after 30 days will be at the current selling price, provided it is not used, washed or altered.
11. FOR HYGENIC REASONS ALL SALE OF UNDERWEAR AND INNER GARMENT ARE FINAL, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
12. Giordano has rights to cancel any order if the items prices are updated wrongly & if the customer has received the wrong item.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will take approximately 14 working days to complete, although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third-party payment providers involved.
As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
