As a proud mother of two, Mandy often noted the difficulties she experienced trying to locate, fun, high quality educational toys, similar to the kind located in her native home of Germany.
Frustrated with the current offerings within the UAE, She regularly sort out products from further afield, often returning home from her travels with suitcases full of beautifully crafted wooden toys.

She wanted other families to experience the joy of these products too and so she decided to explore the idea of distributing these products herself.

In 2015 Toybox was founded.


Fulfillment Policy:
– Opening times: Sun-Thu: 9am – 5pm
– Last orders: 30 minutes before closing time
-Call or WhatsApp for collection timing and map
– Deliveries: 1-3 days within UAE
– Delivery Fees: Flatrate of AED 19 UAE wide


Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be reimbursed, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted
